Terms & Conditions - Class Care School ERP Software

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made towards Class Care School ERP software subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.

This includes payments made for:

  • Software subscription fees (annual or otherwise)
  • Third-party integrations such as SMS, WhatsApp, Biometric, etc.

Once a service or integration is activated and paid for, it cannot be refunded, canceled, or transferred under any circumstances.

SMS Integration (TRAI Compliance)

All SMS communications sent via Class Care must comply with TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) rules and regulations.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • DLT registration by the client under their business entity
  • Approval of sender ID, message templates,and headers
  • Template-based messaging as per TRAI guidelines

The approval process may take up to 48 hours or more. If messages or templates are rejected by TRAI, Class Care will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or integration failures.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their DLT compliance. No SMS services will be activated until TRAI approvals are secured.

WhatsApp Integration (Meta Compliance)

All WhatsApp communications must fully comply with META’s policies and regulations, including:

  • Pre-approval of message templates
  • Header and category-based messaging
  • Pre-registration of business details and WhatsApp Business number

Template approvals by META can take up to 48 hours or more. If any template is denied by META, Class Care is not responsible for delays or cancellations in service.

Additionally:

  • If META blocks your WhatsApp number due to non-compliant usage or policy violations, Class Care is not liable for such blocks.
  • Clients must accept and understand the META approval timelines, pricing policies, and limitations.
  • Any price changes or policy updates by META must be accepted and complied with by the client. Class Care will not be liable for any third-party price increases during the subscription period.

Custom Development / Support

Any custom feature requests or support beyond the standard ERP features must be communicated clearly and in writing.

  • Development will begin only after receiving proper information and full advance payment.
  • Our team will estimate the development timeline, and urgent or short-notice changes cannot be entertained once the work is initiated.

Support and Service Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: Limited Support
  • Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

All non-urgent support queries raised outside business hours will be responded to during the next working day.

Third-Party Service Responsibility

Class Care is only responsible for its core software services.

For third-party integrations (SMS, WhatsApp, biometric, etc.):

  • Class Care provides basic integration support only
  • Class Care is not liable for technical issues, downtime, or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms
  • Clients must bear any price differences if the third-party provider changes pricing during the subscription period

Jurisdiction

All legal matters and disputes related to Class Care School ERP will fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
